Please note that our handmade nails require approximately 3–4 weeks to complete. Each set is carefully handmade by our team to ensure the best quality and match your chosen design as closely as possible.

For custom designs, click “Get Quote” and upload your inspiration image. We will review the design and provide a quote before you place your order. Alternatively, email us at hello@xqnail.com.au.

Have a few ideas but aren’t sure how to bring them together? Select “Design Sketch”, then email us your inspiration images, preferred colours, nail shape and any other details. Our artists will create a hand-drawn custom nail design sketch based on your vision.

For custom sizing, please leave your nail measurements in millimetres in the notes section at checkout.

Once your nails are ready, we will send you a photo for approval before shipping.

For rush orders or any specific requests, please email us before placing your order.
