If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing one size bigger.
How long do the nails last?
Each nail set comes with two application options:
Adhesive tabs: Usually last around 2–3 days, or up to one week.
Nail glue: Usually last around 2–3 weeks, or even up to one month with proper care.

Are the nails reusable?
Yes! With the right application, removal and care, your XQ Nail set can be reused around 7–10 times.
Our nails are made using a similar process to salon gel nails, with base coat, builder gel, nail art and top coat. Each set is handcrafted with 5–8 layers of salon quality gel, so they’re strong, durable and made to be worn again and again.
What happens if I lose a nail?
Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! You can order a replacement nail here.
Please note that replacement nails take around 4–6 weeks to be handmade and processed.
Do you make custom designs?
Yes, we do!
There are two ways to create your custom set:
- Send us a reference photo of the design you love, and we can customise it for you.
- Don’t have a reference photo? Just share your ideas with us, and we can create a sketch based on your vision.

Who makes my nails?
We’re a small team of five talented in house nail artists, each with their own unique style and speciality.
Every set is handmade from scratch using salon quality gel and takes around 2–3 hours to create with lots of care.
