Shipping Policy

Processing Time

We require 1 to 2 business days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

Delivery Time

  • Within Australia: 5 to 7 business days
  • International Shipping: 2 to 3 weeks

Shipping Fee

  • Within Australia: Free shipping on orders over AUD 90. For orders under AUD 90, standard shipping is AUD 10, and express shipping is AUD 15.
  • International: Free shipping on orders over AUD 150. For orders under AUD 150, standard shipping is AUD 20.

 

Business day means a day other than: a Saturday or a Sunday; or a day which is a public holiday for the whole of: any State; or Australian Territory. 

 

Tracking your order

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provide a mobile phone number. Your order will contain a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. Visit our Tracking Page to track your order.

 

Wrong address disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is a 1-hour window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at xqnailstudio@gmail.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

 

Returns

We do not accept returns due to hygiene issues. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information on how to make a return. If there are any quality issues, please contact us at xqnailstudio@gmail.com.

 

 

Lost/Stolen Packages

XQ studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
